As a Real Estate Professional with JBRE Brokerage, LLC, Theresa believes representation shouldn't have boundaries. She can show clients any home on the market regardless of who has it listed, and whether she's guiding someone through a purchase or a sale, they have her full representation from the first conversation to closing day.
Her experience spans the full range of real estate need — first-time buyers, veterans, seniors and empty nesters, relocation clients, and buyers and sellers of new construction, land, and ranch properties. That range is backed by her ABR, GRI, SFR, and SRES designations, along with her membership in the Amarillo Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, and her licensure through the Texas Real Estate Commission — plus a past term as Director for the Amarillo Association of REALTORS® and current service on the city's Tutbury PID Board.
That same spirit of service carries into her community — through her church's Faith & Action Apostolate ministry and Children's Liturgy and Environment Committee, and as a past member of the Amarillo Junior League.
At home, Theresa is married to Mark, and together they've raised two sons, Dr. Andrew Cruz of Boston, MA, and Tomas Cruz, an SBA Coach in Charlotte, NC — along with two grandchildren, Capri and Kashton. That same devotion to family is what she brings to every client who trusts her with one of the biggest decisions of their life.
