Meet Tracy Howland

As a lifelong Amarillo resident, I am proud to call this community home. Born and raised in the Amarillo area, I have deep roots in the Texas Panhandle and a genuine appreciation for the people, neighborhoods, and communities that make this such a special place to live. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and proud to be part of the JBRE Brokerage team. With 28 years of real estate experience, I specialize in helping clients buy and sell single-family residences, land, and income properties throughout Amarillo, Canyon, and Bushland. I was honored to serve as President of the Amarillo Association of REALTORS® in 2008 and have served as a board member and on various committees throughout my career. My approach to real estate goes far beyond simply listing and selling property. I consider myself a real estate counselor, service provider, educator, organizer, negotiator, and problem solver.
